Awesome Shit That Dad Makes

Let me just put this out there: my parents are rockstars in the kitchen. Seriously. If you've ever had any of my mom's pot-stickers or my dad's noodles, you know what I'm talking about. Holla.

My parents are the kind of people who never really plan anything. It's actually kind of the bane of their existence. Due to this, we never really have meals planned out. Mom, what are we having for dinner? I don't know; we'll find out when we start eating. Normally, they open the fridge, take a quick survey of the in-stock's, and start whipping out pots and pans and cloves of garlic (yes, we always have cloves of garlic on hand, and yes, my parents do pretty much use them in everything) without a second thought. Thanks to my parents' inherent culinary talents, I've grown up eating extraordinary food.

Examples:

Dad's take on some kind of Korean barbeque
THIS WAS FUCKING AMAZING

as was this (ALSO FUCKING AMAZING)

One of the things I'm going to miss most at college is my parents' food. Good thing there's that new delivery service at UPS where you can ship food in packages filled with ice to your starving/lardy kids at college.

Oh wait...
